So often things in life can build up and cause us stress, from finance, parenting, time management, health issues to business and achieving life goals - here's where we run a relaxed workshop were you can come along drink coffee eat cake and here advice on specific issue get an opportunity to ask questions and receive coaching if required. Every Wednesday @ 7pm we have a connect group that does what it says on the tin! Hosted by Ken and Catriona Field this is a great time midweek to recharge be built up - discover and develop faith and learn more about living to the full and coping with the stuff life throws at us!
This is a beginners contemporary dance class every Thurs 7pm @ thepointcoc, Balgray Place, Dundee. This 1hr class consists of gentle warm up cardio exercise and learning simple but funky routines all to excellent soundtracks! A four week block is £10...so what are you waiting for get out your leg warmers and boogie on over!!
Any excuse to stuff ourselves with popcorn! Here we watch a wide selection of popular movies and then give opportunity for everyone to review the movie after, we will publish all the reviews right here so check them out if you want to know what's an unmissable film!
Soundnites are all about sound from the band with singers and musicians to our great PA and multimedia guys. We have vocal coaching for those who use their throats as an instrument, drum lessons, guitar and bass tuition and keyboard training if you want to offer your skills or be trained in any of these areas email us or come along on a Tuesday night at 7pm and check us out.
We love having fun and looking after our soul and everything that goes on in our Sunday events make this possible. Looking after our spiritual health, expressing our love and passion to God is the ultimate goal for us - William Newton Clarke said “Faith is the daring of the soul to go farther than it can see”. For most of us if we simply accept everything in life that we can see it becomes predictable, boring and sometimes destructive.
